Our practice largely focuses on Long Term Care funding issues. We provide services in assessing eligibility for Nursing
Home Medicaid Benefits. We also provide advice and planning necessary to enhance eligibility of an applicant and we
represent applicants in the process of obtaining benefits. Finally, we provide a full range of services in Estate Planning,
Wills, Trusts, Probate, and informal administration/Trust settlement services. We have over 40 years of combined experience.
Attorney Donald Wyatt has been practicing law since 1982 and has been licensed in Texas since 2003. He is a 1982
graduate CUM LAUDE of the Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Attorney Stephen Gracey is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School where he served on the Environmental Law
Journal. He holds advanced degrees in Law and Environmental science.
